Moho Mate – Refund Policy

    At Moho Mate, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed     to providing a clear and fair refund policy. Please review the information     below before making a purchase.  

 
 

All Sales Are Final

 

    Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final once opened or used.  

 

    Moho Mate products are designed for environmental monitoring and are considered     single-use or limited-use items. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns     or offer refunds for opened or used products.  

 
 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

    If your Moho Mate product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us     within 15 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.  

 

    To report a damaged or defective item, email     support@mohomate.com     and include:  

 
       
  • your order number
  •    
  • clear photos of the damage or defect
  •  
 

    Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or other appropriate resolution.  

 
 

Subscription Orders

 

    All subscription orders are final once shipped.  

 

    Refunds are not issued for subscription shipments that have already been     processed or delivered.  

 

    If you wish to cancel your subscription, please refer to our Subscription Policy     for details regarding minimum commitment and cancellation terms.  

 
 

Order Errors

 

    If you believe an error was made with your order (incorrect item, missing item,     etc.), contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve     the issue.  

 
 

Non-Refundable Items

 

The following are not eligible for refunds:

 
       
  • opened or used products
  •    
  • subscription shipments that have already been processed
  •    
  • orders placed in error
  •    
  • dissatisfaction due to personal preference
  •    
  • results-related concerns

    Moho Mate does not guarantee specific outcomes, and refunds are not issued     based on results.  

 
 

Refund Method

 

    Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment     method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank     or payment provider.
