7. Orders, Payments & Subscriptions
All prices are listed in USD. By placing an order, you agree that:

- all billing information is accurate
- you authorize us to charge the full amount, including applicable taxes and shipping
Subscription Terms
- All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) billing cycles.
- Your payment method will be charged automatically for each billing cycle unless canceled after the minimum term.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time after the two-month minimum commitment has been fulfilled.
- Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
- Subscription pricing, frequency, and terms will be clearly displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order or subscription at our discretion.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Moho Mate is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final once opened or used.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
To report a damaged item, please email support@mohomate.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moho Mate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
